Sworn law enforcement receive a discount on Helanbak products. Reach out with your position and agency and we’ll take care of the rest — you still transfer through your FFL like any other buyer.

Outfitting a patrol division, a SWAT/SRT element, or a training unit? We quote agency bulk purchases directly. You're buying from the shop that machines the parts — not a reseller marking up someone else's inventory.

Every Helanbak upper and lower receiver is cut on our own CNC equipment. When an agency needs a specific configuration, the people who machine it are the people you’re talking to.
We operate under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, and we machine bar stock, castings, and forgings for industries where an out-of-spec part is not an option.

At the Shows
Signed by Those Who Serve
We bring a Humvee to the shows, and we ask people who serve to sign it. At SHOT Show 2026 in Las Vegas, current and retired military and law enforcement stopped by to sign it with their unit or badge number.
At the NRA Annual Meetings in Houston in April 2026, we added a promise: $5 to the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) for each signature collected. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and signed.

Officer discount or agency bulk pricing, with the exact configuration written down — barrel length, caliber, muzzle device, furniture.

We build it
Machined and assembled in Columbia. You're talking to the shop, so a spec question gets answered by the person cutting the part.
- 4
Transfer and issue
Firearms transfer through your FFL; NFA items run through your department's Class 3/SOT channel. We stay on it until it's in your armory.
