Shipping & FFL Transfers
Firearms ship only to a licensed FFL dealer. Identify your FFL before or after ordering, and we’ll verify the transfer arrangements with them directly.
A Form 4473 and NICS background check are completed at your FFL when you pick up. Your dealer may charge their own transfer fee — that’s between you and them.
Buyers must be 21 or older for handguns, complete AR/AK-pattern receivers, or stripped lowers. Buyers must be legal residents of their state, with an exception for active-duty military. Straw purchases — buying a firearm on behalf of someone who is prohibited or unwilling to go through the process themselves — are illegal.
Suppressors transfer through your local Class 3/SOT dealer via an ATF Form 4.
Returns: contact us for an RMA before shipping anything back. Check the chamber before packing any firearm.
Warranty
Machined by Us, Backed by Us.
Helanbak products are covered by a full limited lifetime warranty. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product, and we reimburse FFL transfer fees required to return a repaired firearm to you.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from failure to perform proper care and maintenance, damage from nonstandard ammunition (including high-velocity, high-pressure, tracer, or hand-loaded ammunition), or damage from unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, misuse, or abuse.
Contact the shop for warranty service — start with your order number, and please check the chamber before packing any firearm for shipment.
