Helanbak, LLC in the manufacturing and distribution of firearms.
Compliance with Laws: Helanbak, LLC hereby asserts that all operations, including the
manufacturing, distribution, and sale of firearms, are conducted in strict accordance with all
applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. We maintain all necessary licensing as
required by the ATF and state/local/federal regulatory bodies.
Age and Eligibility: Firearms may only be purchased by individuals who are of legal age and who
meet all legal requirements for firearm ownership in their jurisdiction. Verification of eligibility and
compliance with all background check requirements is mandatory for all sales.
Safety and Handling: All firearms produced by Helanbak, LLC are accompanied by safety
guidelines that must be read and understood before handling or use. We advise all users to receive
proper training on the safe handling of firearms.
Liability: Helanbak, LLC shall not be held liable for any misuse, illegal use, or modification of our
firearms by any third party once the product has left our control. The responsibility solely lies with
the purchaser and/or user to ensure the safe and lawful use of the firearm.
Intellectual Property Rights: All trademarks, patents, and copyrights associated with Helanbak
LLC’s products are the exclusive property of Helanbak, LLC. Unauthorized use of our intellectual
property may result in legal action.
Modifications and Alterations: Any modification, alteration, or customization performed Helanbak
LLC’s firearms that is not executed by our authorized service providers may void the manufacturer’s
warranty and could affect the safety and functionality of the firearm.
Export Restrictions: The exportation of firearms from Helanbak, LLC is strictly regulated by
International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR). Compliance with all such regulations is required for
any entity engaging in the export of our products.
Notification of Changes: The contents of this notice are subject to periodic review and can be
amended at Helanbak LLC’s discretion to reflect changes in law or company policy.
